Hi, I’m Pamela Tyll Radišek, a systems-driven strategist, nonprofit leader, and organizational leadership graduate student at Gonzaga University
This capstone serves as the culmination of two years of organizational transformation work within a legacy volunteer program, and outlines my efforts to institutionalize that progress for future continuity.

About Me:
I began my career in engineering, where I developed a deep appreciation for systems thinking and process design; however, I quickly realized my true strength was in communication and translating complex ideas into human-centered impact. That insight led me to the digital community space, where I served as a subject matter expert for Meta’s Community Leadership Circles and helped shape the Meta Blueprint Community Manager Certification as an exam writer. These experiences deepened my commitment to building inclusive, sustainable communities—both online and offline. I later joined Khoros as a social media strategist, managing campaigns for major brands like Target and Priceline, and refining my expertise in large-scale digital engagement. Today, I bring these experiences together in my social impact work. I’m the founder of North Coast Careers, a coaching practice helping women of color reclaim their career narratives, and co-founder of Radisek Industries, a consulting firm dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations lead with clarity, equity, and care. I live just outside Cleveland with my husband and twin sons, and I currently serve as the Scholarship Program Chair for the Junior League of Cleveland. I love gardening, traveling, and working out. When I’m not building inclusive programs, you’ll likely find me on a nature walk with my boys, exploring the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks.
Leadership Philosophy
Leadership isn’t a monologue: it’s a shared vision.*
My philosophy draws from adaptive leadership, dialogic practice, and systems thinking.

My approach is shaped not only by academic theories but also by life: the patience I’ve learned as a mother of twins, the courage born from navigating discrimination (and then starting a business to address that systemic issue), and the clarity forged in collaborative spaces like the Junior League.

“If they don’t give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair.” – Shirley Chisholm

*During this course,I wrote a TedTalk on this very concept, wish me luck!
Vision Statement
I envision a world where leadership is not about power or position, but about presence, purpose, and partnership. It is a world where the people closest to the problem are also closest to the solutions.

My vision is to design systems that are as human as they are strategic. They should be equity-centered, relationship-driven, and built to last beyond any one leader. Whether I am building a scholarship rubric, coaching a young professional, or advising a nonprofit team, I aim to create environments where others can thrive, lead, and belong.
I live in Cleveland and I won't shut up about it. #TheLand
